Looking for a more sustainable way to escape? Our eco-friendly collection brings together places that tread lightly on the land while still delivering the kind of stays you dream about. From thoughtfully designed cabins tucked into nature, to cosy cottages that blend old bones with modern green tech, and low-impact glamping stays that let you sleep under the stars, these properties prove that style and sustainability can go hand in hand.
We’ve made it easier than ever to find them too. Each stay in this collection clearly details its green credentials on the property page, and you’ll spot our new green leaf eco-rating in search results, so you can quickly identify the most sustainable Coolstays and choose a place that aligns with how you want to travel. Thoughtful escapes, beautiful settings, and a lighter footprint — all in one place.

Supporting local wildlife projects
We know that carbon offsetting is a contentious issue, and besides - we want to go further than net zero and be a "climate-positive" business. With that in mind, we're taking immediate action by donating a proportion of our revenue to support UK wildlife projects.
We're working with GreenTheUK who distribute our funds to conservation and restoration projects on land and sea, delivered by experts in their field, that have a measurable local impact.
In 2022-23 our funding has gone towards:
Planting of 22,000m² of wildflower meadows
Planting of 800 trees in Devon (400 trees) and North Yorkshire (400 trees)
The restoration of 292m² of native oysters in the Solent
Funding four Sussex sea kelp restoration survey sites
