The details

This delightful, airy open plan period home has been recently refurbished bringing the seaside inside. It features crisp white walls and white painted floor boards with blue seaside themed art and ornamentation throughout. This would be a wonderful holiday home for a large family with children or a group of friends who don't mind sharing rooms.

On entering the house you'll find a light, roomy and cheerful space. The open plan kitchen, dining and living room are the hub of the home with three large comfortable sofas, a long wooden dining table with cushioned bench seating and a modern kitchen with a breakfast bar. Several of the rooms have a photographic triptych of the sea in different styles creating a really sunny seaside holiday mood.

There are three bedrooms all decorated with the same theme of blue and white with wonderful views of the countryside. The master has a large comfy bed and at the far end on a lower level a single bed with space for a travel cot. This area can be divided by a curtain and is great for parents of small children. The second bedroom is a double and the third bedroom has two large singles and a high level bunk bed with the room sleeping four in total.

There are two modern bathrooms in the house with a walk-in shower downstairs and a rolltop bathtub upstairs, and there's a third bathroom in the Pavilion in the garden, which features a walk-in shower. After a peaceful night's sleep you might like to take your morning coffee out onto the decking and breathe in the sea air whilst admiring the elevated view.

Down a wooden staircase from the decking you'll find a beautifully designed garden with the previously mentioned Pavilion. This is a truly wonderful space for alfresco dining overlooking the pretty garden with its separate large BBQ area. Inside the Pavilion is another full bathroom, a small kitchen for the BBQ prep and a rather fabulous hot tub. There is also a warm outdoor shower where you can wash the sand off after a day at the beach! There's plenty of comfy outdoor seating and a hammock you can lie back in and have a snooze or read that book you've been meaning to get to.

1 Brynmor is nestled in the countryside but is just a short five to 10-minute walk from three beautiful Welsh beaches. You'll also be close to all the local shops, pubs and restaurants.

The village of Abersoch is vibrant and friendly and sits in an officially recognised Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. If you fancy a spot of lunch near the sea the main beach, Porth Fawr, is served by three popular beach cafes. It's a great area for walking with the Wales Coastal Path being a highlight where you can spot dolphins and seals. There are lots of great independents that the hosts encourage you to try. Blades Cafe & Deli is cosy and central and the owners are passionate about food. Crust Pizzeria is great for dining in and takeaways if you fancy having a lazy supper in the garden. Fresh Cafe Bar & Grill, offers award winning cocktails!

This is a great property, an easy walk to / from Abersoch, plenty of space to park and beautifully presented inside. Sweeping views, a hot tub, lovely furnishings, what more can you ask for! Margot was a superb friendly and communicative host.
