The details

This beautiful ski chalet offers groups of 12 a fabulous base for skiing trips in both Avoriaz and Morzine, being just a short drive from each resort. After a wonderful day skiing, retire back to the chalet and light the log fire, letting the underfloor heating warm your toes as you unwind in style.

When you enter the home, there’s a handy boot room with underfloor heating and plenty of hanging space. This is ideal for drying wet kit, and the boot dryer is perfect for getting your ski or snowboarding boots nice and dry for the next day’s adventure.

The communal lounge space is super-comfy, with big sofas where you can catch up with loved ones and plan the day ahead. Huge windows frame the mountain views, connecting you with your incredible surroundings at all times. When the weather’s warm, step out onto your private balcony and gaze at the view - this is the ideal spot for an evening drink or first coffee of the day. You can also head to the games room and challenge your friends to a friendly game of pool or darts.

The main living space is open-plan and features the modern kitchen and the spacious dining area. The kitchen is nicely equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a five-burner hob, grill, double oven, fondue sets, raclette machine, toasted sandwich maker and numerous coffee making options. Then, when dinner’s ready, dine together on the spacious dining table that comfortably seats 12.

If you fancy some peace, away from the rest of your group, you can head to one of the separate seating areas where you can read a book, catch up with a loved one or enjoy a movie on the TV.

Tucked away on the lower floor is a serene king size bedroom with its own luxurious ensuite and double doors opening straight onto the terrace. Also on this level is a cosy little snug that also has a comfy double sofa bed, perfect for extra guests or kids who want their own hideaway.

Climb the stairs to the mezzanine and you’ll find two further bedrooms, each sleeping up to four guests. Both feature sumptuous king size beds, with one room also offering twin beds, and the other a cool built-in bunk – great for kids or friends sharing. A shower room completes this floor. With views through exposed beams down into the living space, it’s both open and inviting. And thanks to the log fire below, the warmth rises to create the cosiest of atmospheres up here.

Families are brilliantly catered for too – with toys, games, DVDs, kids’ cutlery and crockery all provided. A highchair, travel cot and stairgates are available on request. And with endless nooks and corners, this chalet is prime hide-and-seek territory.

The chalet sits in Nicodex, a peaceful Alpine village with year-round life and sweeping valley views. In winter, ski Morzine, Avoriaz or Roc d’Enfer – all within 25 minutes. Summer brings wildflower walks, lakes, rafting, biking and the magical goat village of Les Lindarets. Nearby, Le Biot and St Jean d’Aulps offer great local eats, while Morzine and Lake Geneva are close for bigger adventures. From mountain thrills to thermal baths, this is your base for unforgettable year-round escapes.
