You should know
- Towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels.
- The hot tub is chargeable during the off peak periods, so if you would like access to it, be sure to enquire at the time of booking.
- Your dog friends are very welcome! But please contain them to the ground floor where there isn't any carpeting. There's a stair gate if you need it.
- Live music from neighbouring seafront bars can sometimes be heard in the evening.

11 Breakwaters is a spacious, modern and luxurious holiday home in a perfect location for beach lovers and would be ideal for a family holiday or a group of friends wanting to relax by the seaside. On arrival you'll discover a thoughtfully designed, brand new house that has light open spaces and clean modern lines.
The hub of the home is the large open plan kitchen, dining and living area where you can all gather together and socialise with a welcome drink. The stylish kitchen comes fully equipped with designer appliances and everything you could need to cook a grand meal or throw together some snacks. The breakfast bar is a great spot to plant yourself first thing and take advantage of the coffee machine whilst you make plans for your day. And if you're wanting a full English there's a six seater dining table that will comfortably fit everyone.
In the evening you can snuggle into the big sofas and enjoy a movie night in front of the 55” smart TV. Crisp white walls give the space a clean, bright feel with accents of blue and grey reminding you that you're by the sea. This theme is also charmingly displayed in the seaside themed soft furnishings and tasteful print art on the walls.
Head up the stairs to the first floor where you'll find the main bedroom, which has a very comfy king size bed and a wall mounted TV for when you need some downtime. It benefits from its own ensuite shower room and an air conditioning unit. This floor is also home to a bunk room with an extra trundle bed and air conditioning, and a third room with a zip bed that you can use as twins or a super king.
There's a family bathroom with a rain shower over the bath and an LED mirror, and all of the rooms on this floor have underfloor heating which can be controlled individually. No cold toes in the morning! The high-end, simple design makes the rooms calming and serene, promising an excellent night's sleep.
A fabulous addition to this already marvellous seaside home is the private patio which can be reached via patio doors in the living room. A delightful sun trap, the space is furnished with a parasol covered dinging table, BBQ and fire pit. This is a wonderful place to enjoy a meal after a day on the beach and toast some marshmallows once the sun has set. The owners have recently added a four-person hot tub, a luxury to be enjoyed with a glass of fizz!
Aside from building sandcastles and swimming in the sea there's plenty to keep a family entertained in Sandown. Local attractions include the Isle of Wight Zoo, a Dinosaur museum, crazy golf, go-carts and sky nets, all within walking distance. There's also Wight Waters Adventure Water Sports where you can kayak, surf and paddle board.
If you don't fancy cooking there are plenty of popular restaurants and cafes including The Cookhouse and Pub on Sandown Cliffs which does a great breakfast, the Beach Shack where you can sit back and enjoy a drink and some food with a fabulous view of the beach, or, if you fancy a pint, The Culver Haven Inn, a family run pub with wonderful views across Sandown Bay.
