Nowadays, it serves as a rare retreat for those seeking unrivalled peace and quiet, all the while providing unfettered access to world class ski resorts, storybook mountainside treks, and even a 1000m above sea level golf course. Sleeping a maximum of six guests across three bedrooms, Alvaneu makes for the perfect getaway for couples, friends, and families alike.
Original features such as exposed pinewood beams and old dry-stone walls are found throughout, combining with contemporary fixtures into a seamless blend of rustic meets modern. Both the pallet and furnishings are of a minimalist composition, creating an open and uncluttered air. Floor to ceiling windows allow for unhindered views of the stunning Alpine vistas which surround the house. Alvaneu sleeps six guests across three bedrooms: the master en suite bedroom boasts a spa shower and jacuzzi, while there is another double room and one twin with a set of bunk beds. There is also a further guest bathroom with a shower. The kitchen comes fully equipped with gas hobs - making for the perfect spot to cook up a storm - while the living area has ample seating from which to survey the majestic views outside.
