Each of the four properties has its own private location, with breathtaking views of the Banks peninsula and glimpses of the snowy peaks of the Kaikoura mountain range, and all within footsteps of the thundering Pacific Ocean. Beautiful architecture, style and luxury are absolutes in each of the Annandale properties, whether modern or period, they have been designed to wow guests on-sight.
Set among lawned gardens, the Homestead offers guests a luxurious stay in a beautiful Colonial-style, timber clad home. Built in the 1880s, its the ideal getaway for large groups, and boasts a range of on site activities, from the two private swimming pools, large gym, tennis court and, of course, all the fun the ocean brings when it is on your doorstep. The one-bedroom Shepherd's Cottage might be regarded as the Homestead's little brother.
