The details
When you’re not hanging out at the beach, the house has plenty of areas to relax and unwind, all stylishly decorated and furnished to fit the modern beach style. The main living space has large comfy sofas, great sea views and backs into the snug – a cosy room with bean bags sat around a faux flame heater. The dining area comfortably sits eight people and has access to the garden terrace, where you can enjoy panoramic seaside views, fire up the barbecue or soak in your very own hot tub, an optional extra.
The modern kitchen comes fully equipped with a Rangemaster oven/grill, five ring hob, American fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and all the essentials you could need to cater for your guests. Five themed bedrooms await when it’s time for bed, all fitted with comfy beds and luxuriously soft linen. Three of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and two have sea views, there’s also a bunk room, an ideal place for the kids to stay. High quality Egyptian cotton towels and toiletries are provided in the family and ensuite bathrooms.
The house is on a quiet residential street in Selsey, West Sussex, a historic fishing town eight miles south of Chichester. Selsey is known for its stretch of natural beaches with clear, clean water and unspoilt shingle shores - perfect for long coastal walks and dips in the sea. The town’s fishing boats are moored off the coast and land fresh seafood daily, including the famous Selsey Crab, a delicacy you’ll have to try. It’s also home to a wide variety of wildlife such as birds, wildfowl and seals in the warmer months. The property is a 10-minute walk to the high street, which has plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. Other activities include walking the Selsey Heritage Trail and visiting the RSPB Medmerry Nature Reserve.

Beautiful!!! Myself and my husband were looking for a quick get away and come across this stunning house, yes abit big for just the 2 of us but it looked too good not to go! Alison was amazing from start to finish, quick at replying and on hand for any questions we had. We had the most perfect weekend with a beautiful sunset enjoyed in the hot tub. I actually didn’t want to leave, I had a huge operation due and the house had such a relaxing feel to it I felt calm and relaxed when we left. We are already looking to come back again, the beach house is equipped with everything and the decor is to a very high standard. All bedrooms are perfect, the view was the best I’ve seen in this country so far and we are big travellers. Well done to Alison who has put so much thought and effort into making it into a wonderful home, thank you for letting us share its beauty! Chris & Michelle x

AMAZING! Right from the date of booking until we left, Alison & her team couldn’t have done anymore to make our stay perfect. The little details were amazing , a birthday cake for my daughter, bottle of presecco & an exceptional welcome pack. The accommodation is outstanding. Even though we didn’t have great weather, we still managed to go down to the private beach & had fun. We were 3 generations of family from 5 years upto 67 years & all loved Beachhouse 45! The games room & hot tub were greatly used & was our most used places to go. Would definitely recommend & we will definitely be going back! Thank you Alison for sharing this amazing house with us x
