The barn is located within MOD land. On the whole this should not impact your stay, but there will be times during the day where the MOD carry out some testing and fire out to sea.
There is a travel cot and highchair available upon request.

The twin bedroom features exposed stone walls, adding rustic charm, while the nearby modern bathroom boasts a large bath. Further down the corridor is the spacious master bedroom with a king size bed, Melin Tregwynt accessories and ample storage. Relax in the living area on the large L-shaped sofa, enjoying the log burner on chilly evenings after coastal walks. Unwind with a film on the smart TV, or gather around the dining table for board games. The well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar is perfect for hearty breakfasts or family meals. A utility room includes a washing machine, dryer, clothes horse and a shower room with a walk-in shower. This single-level property is ideal for all ages and accessible for those with limited mobility, with no interior steps and minimal exterior steps. Situated within MOD land, occasional daytime testing and firing to sea may occur, but this should not impact your stay. The property is within the Pendine firing range, accessible via a security gate from Monday to Friday, 7 am to 4 pm.
