You should know
- Caerwenfor is a cliff-side property and although that means fabulous views there are inherent dangers with being located so close to the cliff edge.
- Please take extra care as you drive down the lane to the property. There are great views from the roof of the property however great care must be taken at all times, there is a severe drop on all three sides of the roof.
- The property is not suitable for children, any children visiting the property must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

The details
A truly unusual, and unique holiday home, Caerwenfor sits some 300 metres above the sea on a giant cliff top between Llangrannog and Cwmtydu. This fabulous cottage has 52 acres of land and is incredibly isolated and private, whilst offering some of the best coastal views around. An ideal escape for lovers of the seaside, guests can gaze down from the large picture windows at the bay and spot dolphins, seals, sea birds as well as red kites and peregrine falcons. On a clear day you can see Bardsey island on the Lleyn peninsula.
Whilst the views are spectacular, the cottage also has a nice and well thought out interior. There are muted, subtle colour tones throughout, as well as comfy furnishings, and modern amenities. Sit on the leather sofa with your loved ones and fire up the log burner to stay nice and toasty in winter. Or, come summer, sit outside on the cottage roof and breathe in the fresh sea air as you enjoy the view.
The cottage has a nicely equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare some delicious meals. There is an electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher and a breakfast bar where you can enjoy your morning coffee or sit with a glass of wine and keep the designated cook company. There are also two leather tub chairs beside the window with more fantastic sea views.

A wonderful cottage in an awe inspiring location. The cottage is equipped with top class equipment and furnishings. The hot tub is an added attraction, and again gives superb views. Well worth a visit.
