The details

Situated on Holy Island, Anglesey, just a short stroll from the famous South Stack lighthouse is GoFerydd. Beautifully decorated to the highest of standards by the owners, this arresting island bolt hole boasts a beautiful interior and stunning sea views. Want to sit in and kick your feet up? A movie night in the snug might be the ticket. Feel like some al fresco dining? The outdoor dining area lets you enjoy that fresh sea air whilst taking in the incredible views. Or maybe you'd rather a soak in the hot tub with a glass of something bubbly? Whatever you fancy, GoFerydd has you covered. Sleeping up to nine guests in total (including the separate annex), this gorgeous seaside getaway is perfect for groups of friends and families alike.

Upon entering, guests will come to the beautiful and spacious kitchen/diner, complete with more amazing views of the Irish sea. The kitchen is fully equipped to make cooking a delight, while an eight-seater table is the perfect place to dine in the evenings. Just off the kitchen is the snug. With its comfy sofas, wood burner and 70-inch TV, it's the perfect spot to enjoy a cosy film night. A separate lounge has additional seating, a TV, and a set of doors leading out onto the decking terrace.

The decking is a wonderful place to enjoy an evening tipple and take in the stunning sea views. The fantastic hot tub is also situated out here, as is the inbuilt dining area where you can enjoy an evening meal as you watch the sunset.

Upstairs you will find the king-size master bedroom, complete with a sea-facing balcony. An additional bedroom sits next door, with the double and single beds making it ideal for the kids. The family bathroom houses a double vanity unit, shower and a standalone roll top bath.

There is also a separate annex at GoFerydd. It boasts a king-size bedroom, a privacy balcony with coastal views, and a mezzanine floor with twin beds and another family bathroom.

The local area has plenty to keep visitors occupied. The nearby South Stack Lighthouse is open to tourists. Visitors can climb to the top of the lighthouse and tour the engine room and exhibition area. Should you wish to venture a little further, then the island of Anglesey has several other attractions including Beaumaris Castle, Elin's Tower and Anglesey Sea Zoo – to name a few.
