Nestled on a tranquil slice of Lake District countryside on the outskirts of Cartmel, Longlands Farm Cottage offers groups of up to six guests a beautiful place to stay. Dating back to the 17th century, this cottage is full of rustic, old-world charm, whilst making the most of modern amenities to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. The cottage has its own beautiful private garden complete with a luxury hot tub where you and your fellow guests can relax in the warmth of the water whilst breathing in that fresh country air. The garden also has some lovely outdoor dining furniture should you wish to dine alfresco and a wonderful lawn where you can stretch out and soak up the sunshine. Stepping inside, the cottage has a chic living and dining area which features a striking inglenook fireplace. Throw some logs on the fire and get cosy on the two big, comfy Chesterfield sofas, chatting away with your loved ones planning the next day’s adventures. This space oozes country charm thanks to its oak beamed ceilings and carefully chosen furnishings. Your designated chef will love cooking up delicious feasts in the nicely-equipped, modern kitchen. There’s even a comfy window seat with lovely hill views and a cute breakfast bar, meaning there are lots of spots for you to sit and keep the cook company whilst they work away.
