- Your neighbour is the Lodge, a holiday cabin, set in the same woodland but screened from the treehouse by trees and shrubs.
- One well behaved dog is accepted, £25 plus a £50 holding cheque refundable after stay.
- The Old Mill Treehouse is not suitable for children.
- The treehouse is in a very peaceful location with other guests staying nearby, so owners request that guests please keep noise to a minimum.

A wonderful stay in a unique location. Our host was very friendly and keen to make sure we had everything we needed. Lovely outdoor kitchen - the weather wasn't brilliant, but it didn't detract from our stay.
