You should know
Minimum stay is two nights for Saturday to Wednesday arrivals and three nights for Thursday and Friday arrivals.
During July and August there is a minimum three night stay.
The hot tub is accessed via a spiral staircase from the deck.
The treehouse is set in a rural location, so a car is recommended for exploring the surrounding area.

Perched among silver birch and hazel trees in the heart of Highland Perthshire, Silver Birch Treehouse is a romantic hideaway with truly breathtaking views. From the moment you wander through its private wall of logs and follow the fairy-light lit path, there’s a sense of stepping somewhere special. Then the landscape reveals itself. With 180 degrees of floor to ceiling windows, the living space opens out to sweeping views across the Glen towards the Cairngorms, where mountains, moorland and ever-changing skies create a cinematic backdrop to your stay. Inside, the large open plan bedroom and living area feels both indulgent and serene. The super-king size bed sits beneath a vaulted ceiling with a glass pyramid rooflight, inviting you to lie back and watch the stars appear one by one. A comfortable sofa is perfectly positioned for soaking up the scenery or settling in with a film, while the dining area offers a cosy spot for slow breakfasts and relaxed suppers. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher and washing machine, while the breakfast bar makes the most of those far-reaching northern views towards the Cairngorms. The bathroom adds a touch of playful luxury, with its feature bubble wall, double-ended freestanding bath with water-blade tap and generous walk-in rainfall shower. His and hers wash basins complete the spa-like feel, making even the simplest morning routine feel indulgent.
