The magnificent Honeybridge Estate is made up of three unique, spacious, and stylish holiday homes that allow groups of up to 25 adults (and an additional 15 children) the perfect break overlooking the South Downs National Park. Situated high up on a hill in the charming West Sussex countryside, the estate stretches over 17 acres of gorgeous secluded grounds. Guests can make the most of a whole host of fabulous amenities throughout their stay including a swimming pool and spa, a tennis court, and a private fishing lake.
The three properties on the estate each offer their own unique charm, whilst all providing the same level of high-end amenities, stylish design, and comfy furnishings. The House sits at the top of the hill and sleeps twelve adults and six children; the picturesque Cottage sleeps five adults and five children; and the striking, wood-clad Barn sleeps eight adults and four children.
The luxurious House is super-stylish thanks to its perfect blend of both classic and contemporary design and the mixture of curated artwork and antique furnishings throughout. Large windows ensure the rooms are flooded with natural light, and the earthy tones are combined nicely with splashes of vibrant colour. The House offers a range of socialising spaces with a grand drawing room, a sitting room, a spacious kitchen/dining room, and a smaller dining room. There are six luxurious bedrooms on offer, five of which have en suite bathrooms for added privacy. There are also two private bedroom terraces, where guests can step out and enjoy a morning coffee in the fresh summer air. The 14-metre infinity swimming pool also sits just beneath the House. The indoor heated pool is surrounded by floor-to-ceiling glass walls that provide guests with stunning views of the surrounding countryside whilst they swim. With an inglenook fireplace, exposed beams, and whitewashed walls, this marvellous property is teeming with rustic, rural charm. The shared living and dining area is an ideal spot for socialising, whilst the country-style kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious meals for your group. The Cottage has three oak beamed bedrooms that each have their own character and offer delightful views. Guests can step outside onto the pretty terrace where they can enjoy the peace and tranquility of their surroundings, socialise into the evening, or fire up the BBQ for some al fresco cooking.
Tucked away among the oak trees sits the beautiful Barn. Bright, open plan spaces, high ceilings, and exposed beams, give the living area plenty of character, whilst modern fittings ensure guests have everything at their disposal for an enjoyable stay. The kitchen is nicely equipped with everything budding chefs will need, and there's an island-style bar where people can sit and keep the designated cooks company. Zoe & team Just wanted to take the opportunity to say a MASSIVE thank you for making my 50th birthday celebrations so special. The attention to detail from first call with Zoe was outstanding. Your recommendations on caterers was great & we were all super happy with Hannah from Bake.Stone with her custom celebratory meal. Just the variety of things that we were able to do on a mixed weather weekend from age range of 6mths to 78 years young was brilliant. We spent a LOT of time in the pool, played tennis, went on the zip wire enjoyed all the hot tubs and some friends even used the bikes to get about the grounds. I would love to come back in summer and have a game of rounders or cricket. We also used all the rooms internally creating lots of different vibes for the weekend from treatment room to dance floor. All of the accommodation was of top quality and we had a super comfy bed that was just like a cloud. Having exclusive use of the full estate was just magical. I am trying to convince my husband we need to book again for his birthday :) BIG thanks again Nicola & family xx

We stayed here with 29 family members - 18 adults and 11 kids/teens. The planning prior to the visit was straightforward - Zoe was so efficient with answering any queries regarding facilities, sorting room allocations, recommending caterers and check in/out was seamless. The team made sure the property was in top condition upon arrival with beautiful touches such as a hamper of goodies in each property, slippers, robes and toiletries. The team really have thought of everything to make this stay so comfortable. The properties were beautiful, the hottubs, poool and all activities were well maintained and it was so lovely that there was so much to do all weekend. The property was luxurious but also you were made to feel so at home and Zoe was so welcoming to us and so helpful throughout our stay too if we needed her. It was the perfect venue for our 30th celebration with our family and we'd love to do it all again. thankyou so so so much! A once in a lifetime experience and we are very grateful to have found Honeybridge.
