The details
Press the eject button, leave the grind behind and relax surrounded by beautiful Welsh countryside in one of Stargaze Glamping's pretty shepherd's huts. Forget about sleeping mats and tent poles, this is camping for those who prefer a little luxury when they get back to nature. Thrift and Heather are the names of the two adorable huts which share a high spec finish and stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Romantic Thrift was built for the owner's wedding night, so it was created with love in mind. It is bright, welcoming, and perfectly cosy. This open plan space has all couples need for a relaxing stay. The kitchen area has a solid wood countertop, sink and even a small oven for guests looking to prepare romantic meals for two. A couple of armchairs create a cosy area where visitors can pour over maps and plan the day or share candlelit cocoa before bed. When it's time to hit the hay, the double bed is dressed with quality linens and the tranquil environment and fresh air ensure guests enjoy a great night's sleep. Heather is the slightly larger of the two huts. The wooden interior is beautifully complimented by bright pops of yellow in the blinds and soft furnishings. It has a well-equipped kitchen, a small lounge area and great views through the windows and doorway. Both huts have indoor toilets and showers with plenty of hot water, so, unlike traditional camping holidays, there are no late-night toilet runs or queues for cold, dribbling showers. Guests will be charmed by these two lovely huts and their pretty, private outdoor areas. Guests can take meals at the outdoor dining area, sink into the wood-fired hot tub and watch the stars twinkle in the unpolluted skies by the warmth of the roaring fire pit. The local area has plenty for nature-lovers to discover. The Pembrokeshire beaches are glorious and guests will love exploring the famous coastal path. Alternatively, check out the colourful Puffins of Ramsey Island, boat trips regularly leave from St Justinians and if it's a quiet night in a cosy pub required, try The Swan Inn at Little Haven.
