- Private parking by the house.
- A car would be ideal to make the most of the area but the hosts can arrange transfers from the airport and village as needed.
- Please do not leave any electrical devices switched on when leaving the house.
- Clean bed sheets are provided every four days. Please leave the place as you find it.

This fabulous 34m2 iHouse has been cleverly designed to provide everything you need, without taking up much space at all. Spacious for one, and cosy for two, it provides a tranquil place to absorb the beauty of the region. You'll note the idyllic location surrounded by nature in a private field with a view of an old church and a gorgeous port very close by.
The tiny wooden home has everything in one open plan long room and feels like a stylish hotel suite. On the right is a big comfortable bed decked out with crisp linens and fluffy pillows where you can sleep undisturbed with the large sliding doors open and the soft cotton drapes pulled across to mute the sun and provide a gentle breeze.
In the centre sits a comfy sofa facing the gorgeous view, and in the evening you can turn the sofa to face the bed, put your feet up and enjoy a movie on the ceiling suspended flat screen TV. The sofa also open up into a bed making this a great base for up to four if required.
There's a tiny kitchen area with a sink, kettle, toaster and crockery, where you can put together a breakfast, make some coffee, and sit at the four seater dining table to catch up on emails.
Just past the kitchen is a luxurious ensuite with a large shower, sink, toiletries and big fluffy towels where you can freshen up before heading out on an adventure.
The most luxurious part of this fabulous tiny house is the outdoor living area provided. As well as a very large raised patio where you can languish on a lounger with a good book and enjoy a snooze after lunch, there's a brilliant outdoor kitchen in a separate structure next door where you can whip up fantastic feasts, make use of the BBQ and dine at the large outdoor dining table beneath the stars.

You'll be staying in the Kassandra Peninsula close to the village of Paliouri. Traditional and vibrant it's a great place to meet the locals and enjoy a drink at the local taverna. On a lazy day you might like to stroll down to the port and take a dip in the ocean before buying some freshly caught seafood from the fishermen to cook back at the house. There are several good restaurants to choose from, and the surrounding villages offer even more by way of tavernas and places to eat. If you want a more lively time the area is renowned for its amazing beach parties throughout the summer and you'll find plenty of bars and clubs to enjoy a dance and a drink at on the seafront.
