Located on Anglesey Island, this arresting farmhouse has roots going back to the 18th century. Ty Fferam Bailey sleeps up to 14 guests across seven bedrooms, each with its own unique design. Its wonderfully spacious design, both inside and out, mean it is a great holiday home for kids and adults alike. The location also makes it ideal for a diverse range of groups, with numerous wildlife spots just a short drive away, including the Welsh coastline and Snowdonia National Park. So, whether it is a large family gathering, a company retreat, or a celebration with friends, Ty Fferam Bailey is sure to cater to every one of your needs.
The property is stylishly and meticulously decorated throughout, ensuring a contemporary, but homely and rustic, atmosphere. The ground floor has a huge and fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a utility/laundry room, a separate dining room with seating for 14, a downstairs toilet, and one twin bedroom - perfect for those with mobility issues. Lastly, there are two comfy sitting rooms and a lovely period conservatory that offers lovely views of your surroundings and also provides guests with a delightful spot to enjoy a good book and a cup of tea.
The remainder of the bedrooms are on the first and second floors: two king-size, three twins and one double. The double bedroom is an en suite and there are two separate family bathrooms.
Guests can step outside through the main sitting room's French doors and into the garden where they can enjoy the fresh country air. An impressive gravel driveway encircles the house while the large and beautifully kept garden offers ample space for outdoor activities. There are stunning views of the Snowdonia range and Llyn Peninsula, and there is also a separate little garden with a swing set, slide, and space for al fresco dining.
