Payment & Cancellation:
- A deposit of 50% is to be transferred to our account within 7 days after receiving your booking confirmation. The remaining 50% is due 14 days prior to arrival, together with the security deposit. The security deposit will be refunded immediately upon check-out.
- You may also pay via PayPal Secured Payment with a 5% service fee.
- If you cancel a confirmed booking, a cancellation fee of 25% of the chalet price will be charged up to 30 days before arrival, 50% from 29 to 8 days before arrival, 90% thereafter. We generally recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance.
