You should know
- As the farm animals like to be chilled rather than chased, please keep your pet on a lead at all times. One dog welcome.
- There’s a slim wardrobe and plenty of under bench storage.
- The plug sockets are good for phones and laptops but not hairdryers.
- The hot tub is charged at an additional £100 which is paid after the booking is made.

Nestled in its own secluded spot on a charming small-holding overlooking Snowdon, Fferm Fach (small farm) is a beautifully designed and handcrafted shepherd’s hut with a modern sleek interior and luxury amenities. It makes a perfect getaway for romantic couples, solo travellers, and those with a four-legged companion.
Entirely off-grid, this gorgeous escape is fully insulated with solar power and a modern composting toilet as well as good hot shower!
The interior has been cleverly designed to make the most of the available space so it feels airy and spacious. Large glass doors open up to the view of Snowdon which you can enjoy from the plush bench with its soft cushions.
A table with bench seating provides a generous amount of space to settle in for breakfast, catch up on emails or play a game of cards with a bottle of something delicious. The central wood burner can be fired up for chilly evenings in, creating a warm and cosy place to unwind.
The brilliantly designed kitchenette has everything you could need to whip up a meal which you can enjoy inside at the table or out on the beautiful, covered decking where you’ll find another table and chairs and all the glorious countryside at your disposal.
When it’s time for bed the seating area transforms into a very plush and comfy double bed. Snuggle up and enjoy a view of the stars through the skylight as you drift off. And for those who like complete darkness there’s also a convenient blackout blind.
In the morning you can enjoy a long hot shower and make use of the Faith in Nature eco friendly wash products before heading through to the kitchen and popping the kettle on the gas stove. Enjoy your morning coffee out on the deck and say hi to the curious alpacas and the sheep.
You may choose to simply lounge in the Kirami log burning hot tub and soak up the view. Or maybe curl up by the wood burner and read a book. This place is amazing.. in a perfect location, immaculately clean, well thought of & the owner is so nice & helpful. You get left alone by the owner but if you need anything Fran is there straight away. The animals are brilliant & friendly coming up for food everyday. The bbq is ideal & the hot tub is mega. I can’t praise this place enough it is just perfect , will be booking again soon.
