This contemporary riverside haven offers groups of up to 10 guests a beautiful and serene setting for a wonderful group getaway. Marvellous, modern living spaces combine with a fantastic location overlooking the River Teifi to create a break that is both relaxing and sociable.

The main social hub of Otters Holt is the grand and spectacular living area. This incredible space has one giant wall of glass and yet more huge windows on either side to truly connect you to your scenic surroundings. Here you can gather together on the big sofas staying cosy by the log-burning fireplace, or enjoy hearty feasts on the incredible ornate dining table that comfortably seats your entire group. Enjoy all of this, with the amazing Ceredigion countryside offering a picturesque backdrop. The living space also features a TV for movie nights or box set marathons.

Just off the living area is the super-modern kitchen, which is a budding chef’s dream. Whip up delicious feasts for your group here, whilst your loved ones keep you company as they perch at the kitchen island with a drink in hand.

Stepping outside, you’ll be in awe of the garden and surrounding views. Sit out here and enjoy lunches in the summer sunshine on the big outdoor dining table. Then grab a book and get comfy on a sun lounger as you catch some rays whilst looking out over the river. There’s also an expansive lawn should you wish to spread out and soak up the sun in peace. Then the final bedroom is flexible and can be arranged as a super-king size or a twin, depending on your requirements. Three of the bedrooms also have their own ensuite bathrooms for added privacy. Speaking of bathrooms, the ones in this property are supremely stylish with modern fittings that you’re sure to adore. The main bathroom also features an opulent free-standing bathtub for indulgent soaks!

When it comes to filling your days you can watch wildlife on the water or indulge in some wild swimming or canoeing on the river. Head to the charming coastal town of Cardigan, which offers a blend of culture, history and natural beauty. Explore the Cardigan Castle, a restored heritage site with stunning gardens and wander through the vibrant town centre, filled with independent shops, cafés and art galleries.
