Tucked away in the Blackdown Hills in East Devon, The Hideaway is a cosy cabin packed with luxury features, perfect for a romantic escape to the countryside. Wake up to the peace and quiet of rural Devon and spend the day exploring your surroundings, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, or head down to the Jurassic Coast for a day at the seaside. In the evening, relax in the hot tub back at The Hideaway and enjoy a glass of something as the sun sets.
The cabin has a bright and airy interior, thanks to big windows and huge bi-fold doors that form one of the walls of the living area. This allows you to completely open up the space and invite the outdoors in on warmer days. It has been furnished in a contemporary style, using a natural colour palette, creating a relaxing atmosphere and complementing the rural surroundings.
There’s an open plan living and dining area where you can enjoy the views of the garden through those huge windows as you tuck into breakfast or relax on the sofa. The well-equipped kitchenette is just to the side of this space and you’ll find everything you need to whip up simple meals. Enjoy your meals at the dining table for two or take them outside to the deck in front of the cabin where you’ll find a picnic table.

I cant thank katie and nark enough for their kindness. The hot tub is amazing and i spent most of our time in it. Listening to the birds as the sun was rising in the morning or the cows in the distance as the sun was going down in the evening was exactly what we needed. We will be definitely going back. The view and the sounds of nature is what we needed. The hut was also very lovely and stylish with everything you need. We had a lovely time there.
