- There's no air conditioning, instead there are cooled floors which are in fact much nicer, because there is no noise or freezing air currents. It’s the perfect way to stay cool night and day and you can open windows and doors yourself for fresh air ventilation.

Set within its own Mediterranean gardens, Villa CP effortlessly blends contemporary interiors with exceptional outdoor living. Days drift by beside the infinity pool, free from salt or chlorine, before stretching out on a hammock with the scent of warm herbs in the air. Long lunches unfold on the outdoor dining terrace, where a barbecue, table football and ping pong set the scene for relaxed afternoons and golden-hour gatherings as the landscape rolls away in every direction.
The main house sleeps eight guests across four elegant double bedrooms. Fully air-conditioned, it features three striking bathrooms finished with Bisazza tiling that echoes the home’s design-led aesthetic. The master suite is a standout, complete with a Coco-Mat Emperor bed measuring a generous two metres wide, promising deeply restorative sleep after sun-soaked days.
Set slightly apart and overlooking the forest, the annexe provides a wonderfully flexible extra space for two guests. Recently upgraded with a proper double bed and air conditioning, it offers a more hotel-like level of comfort while retaining its peaceful, private feel. Our family is currently spread across the globe. Our 3 college age boys are living far from us .... stretching from NYC to Utrecht to points various and ever-changing. So our time together is precious indeed. The five of us plus girlfriends plus 2 older relatives , all made our way up the hill to Villa CP in a 10 seater VW van in anticipation of our first major gathering in over a year. Without taking up all of the possible space with details here... I will jump ahead and say emphatically.... PERFECTION! It is a place to cook and rest and hike and read and play cards and ..... and to top it off - the blog!!!! read it and do what it tells you. Every recommendation was a hit ... restaurants, local interest, hikes etc. Our boys agreed,"best Christmas ever!" we will be back without a doubt.
